We just found out the great news that my feature in Myers Park Life Magazine made the cover. It was such an inspiring day working with a team of amazing creative professionals. I have not laughed that hard in years. My normal quiet morning in the studio was abruptly energized with the arrival of the photographer, stylist, make-up artist and assistant -- as if a magnetic field had delivered them to my doorstep all at once .
Within moments clothes, make-up, equipment and people were everywhere. Makeup artist Scott Weaver had me in stitches with colorful tales of his Plaza Midwood adventures, while stylist Linda Martinez and assistant Emily Bryant were downstairs steaming clothes and pairing shoes. Photographer Erin Hubbs bustled around setting up equipment and metering the light in my studio. By the time the shoot started we were all giggling like we were away on a girls' beach weekend. Thanks to all for such a perfect day!!!
